MBN DESIGNS FAQ

 

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?​

  • First - Look at the five catalogs and see what you want to order. The five catalogs are:

 1) CLASSICS, 2) MEXICO, 3) PURITY, 4) EVERYTHING, 5) HOLISTICA

  • Second - Each picture has a number (at the bottom of the picture) and an item numbers within the pic; You use the catalog name and picture number and piece number (the number that is within the pic) to identify each piece. Make a note of your selections.

  • Third: I then email you  a current wholesale price list (click link to see example) within 24hrs (at the latest) - this price list is time dependent due to the rise and fall of the raw material silver. Your price is fixed once I have received your order and payment: by wire transfer to my bank.

  • Fourth: Your order is sent by UPS, DHL, OR FEDEX - as per your request. All shipments are insured this cost is approximately 1% of the value of the order. I can ship your order with your own account or I can use my account - whatever works for you.The shipping costs will be charged to you separately.

  • Information necessary from the client to ship:

Your Company Name or Your Name; Shipping Address, Telefone, Tax ID or SSN, which will then enable the order to clear US Customs rapidly without delay and arrive direct to your door.

 

HOW DO I PAY?​

  • All orders are paid upon receipt by wire transfer.
